Loitering in Lapworth

Yesterday we had Richard come and take bits of Tacet's engine away to repair.  It took most of the day, Ian supervised, and I made tea. Lots of it!
We have had some good long walks along the canals, here we have a choice of the Stratford Canal and the Grand Union and an old unmade county road, which is rather muddy.
Today we have been out on the bus, there are a couple of different buses out of the village either to Warwick or Solihull over the week, so not a lot of choice of timings, but it served us well today with a trip right to the door of Tesco, loads of time to shop and a coffee too.
The days are passing and work is progressing on the locks, so we won't be here forever.
