Berko in Sno'

Well we escaped the snow yesterday, but overnight.........

and this was the view from my kitchen window,

These young leaves that had just burst through, probably wish they hadn't.

When we passed through Berkhamsted in March last year we were enjoying very warm sunny weather, remember all those scare stories of drought? This river was just a small trickle then.

No travelling today, a few snowy walks around the town and with Jumble, and time to read, sew, crochet and eat!
